Origen多室冷凍袋是Origen Cryostore 系列凍存袋中的*產(chǎn)品，這種多室冷凍袋可用于任何溫度下任何血液和細(xì)胞成分的儲(chǔ)存，用戶在向每個(gè)多室冷凍袋注入要保存的血液成分貨細(xì)胞后，可以很方便的熱合每個(gè)分室之間 連接管，使其每個(gè)多室分開，當(dāng)用戶需要使用所保存的血液成分或者細(xì)胞時(shí)，不必解凍整個(gè)冷凍袋，可以只復(fù)蘇解凍其中的一個(gè)或者多個(gè)分室。
Origen多室冷凍袋有2個(gè)型號(hào)，CS30M9和CS24M9,每個(gè)分室的*凍存容積是6ml，CS30M9有5個(gè)分室，總的*冷凍容積是30ml，CS24MP有4個(gè)分室，總的*容積是24ml，這2個(gè)型號(hào)的多室冷凍袋都可以保存在現(xiàn)有CS50冷凍袋使用的冷凍盒中，不需要額外定制冷凍盒。
每個(gè)冷凍袋的每個(gè)分室上都印有同一個(gè)號(hào)碼，這個(gè)號(hào)碼同時(shí)也印在輸入的管路上，在使用是時(shí)候，這個(gè)號(hào)碼可以起到追蹤每個(gè)分室及單獨(dú)保存的輸入管路的作用，不會(huì)混淆樣本。

2.免針頭端口，輸入管路上有可以直接連接注射器的免針頭端口，用戶不需要使用額外的針頭，即可經(jīng)過(guò)端口注入，這樣就避免了針頭刺穿袋子照成污染。
每個(gè)多室冷凍袋的輸入管路上都附有一個(gè)注射器針管，用戶可以使用這個(gè)針管很方便的抽出冷凍袋內(nèi)的空氣，多室冷凍袋的輸入管路上帶有免針頭端口，陽(yáng)性及陰性魯爾端口，方便注入要保存的血液細(xì)胞成分，輸入管路也可以很容易的與其他存儲(chǔ)器具實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)菌連接。

Traceability Each chamber of the bag is printed with unique numbers for easy identification. The numbers on the chambers match those on the tube set making traceability after the aliquot process assured. Durability The spike port and film used in every Cryostore™ Multi-Chamber Bag are made from a rugged EVA. The proof of durability is in our customer’s success. Safety Tube sets have luer-actuated needle-free injection ports. These swabable ports help maintain sterility of the sample through numerous actuations, and help eliminate the possibility of needle sticks during processing. Ease of Use The standard tube set has a syringe included for removal of air prior to filling the bag with any fluid. This will help expedite the debubbling process. Each multi chamber bag has tubing compatible for sterile welding, needle free access and a male and a female luer connection.
Multiple chambers are filled from a single location and the channel located at the bottom of the bag allows for easy heat seals between each chamber with a standard tube sealer. This separation of individual chambers allows multiple post thaw applications without compromising the integrity of the rest of the cellular product.
